Return & Exchange policy
At Salluz, we take great care in offering unique, thoughtfully curated pieces that reflect our heart for beauty, purpose, and intentional living. Because of the nature of our collections, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tag
The exchange request is made within 7 days of the delivery date
The item is not marked as final sale or customized
To begin an exchange, please email us at sales@salluz.co with your order number and the reason for the request. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected
